Manu Bhaker remarkable performance and became the first athlete of India to win two medals in the same Olympic. She made history at the Paris Olympics 2024 by winning bronze in women’s 10m air pistol and mixed 10m air pistol events.

She aims for a third medal in the 25m sports pistol qualifications. Despite her success, she humbly hopes for continued support and understands the pressure to perform. She said “don’t be angry if I can’t add another one”.

The duo’s stunning performance against South Korea not only marked a significant milestone for Indian shooting but also brought immense pride and joy to their families, coaches, and the entire nation. The bond between Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh shone brightly on the Olympic stage as they overcame tough competition to clinch the bronze medal with a score of 16-10 against the Korean team.

Manu Bhaker is an Indian shooter born on February 18, 2002, in Goria village, Jhajjar, Haryana. She has excelled in pistol shooting disciplines and gained recognition for her achievements at a young age. Bhaker has won numerous medals at international competitions, including the Youth Olympics and Commonwealth Games. She is known for her focus, determination, and exceptional talent in shooting sports.

Sarabjot Singh is a talented Indian shooter who has made significant strides in the world of competitive shooting. Hailing from Ambala, Sarabjot’s dedication, discipline, and hard work have been instrumental in his success in the sport.

Hailing from Dheen village, Haryana, he has achieved notable success, including winning a bronze medal at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris as well as securing victories in the Asian Games and World Championships.

Sumedha Bhaker, Manu’s mother, attributed her daughter’s success to the unwavering guidance of coach Jaspal Rana. In Ambala, Sarabjot Singh’s family and Assistant Coach Gaurav Saini rejoiced in his remarkable feat, celebrating his victory with sweets and sharing words of admiration and pride.
